We transfer passengers (and luggage) to and from Airports, Seaport, Hotels, Private Accommodation such as airbnb, Home, Business, Leisure, Family celebrations, Weddings and Corporate events.

 

Typical Group Transfer and Private Transport services we offer includes:

- Transportation from Point A to Point B in a safe, modern, air conditioned vehicle.

- All on-road costs including vehicle hire, driver hire, fuel and road tolls

- Pick up from a single location for all members of your group

- Drop off to a single location for all members of your group

- Prompt and efficient routes

- Complimentary child seats where required to ensure compliance with NSW road safety laws

- Wheelchair accessible vehicle with electronic lift

 

 

At SYDLINC we are genuine Sydney locals, therefore we know the roads and how to avoid unnecessary delays and disruptions. 

 

Sydney has the highest number of vehicles and traffic congestion in Australia; so as a professional passenger transport provider we will always opt for the safest and most efficient route. In Sydney, this generally means travelling via modern motorways and tunnels for a fee (toll).

By utilising these motorways and tunnels, we are able to reduce standard travel times by up to one hour, ensuring our passengers aren't on the road longer than they need to be, arriving at their destination in a timely manner.

 

Unlike some competitors, we won't inconvenience our passengers comfort and travel time by intentionally avoiding toll roads to increase profit margins for the boss; and we also don't pass on these fees as "optional extras" to unsuspecting Sydney visitors. At SYDLINC we believe in complete transparency and quality service.

 

Our prices are all inclusive unless otherwise stipulated. We also allow your personal driver to determine the safest and most efficient route in advance to provide you with the best possible service you would expect from a professional transport provider in a modern city like Sydney.

 

Here are some Terms and Conditions that we'd like you to be aware of. This ensures a smooth booking, mutual respect and established expectations.

 

We will notify you in advance of the driver name and direct contact number, plus vehicle description and license plate number so that you can identify your vehicle easily.

 

Please ensure all members of your group are ready at the pick up location at least 30 minutes before the booked time.

 

Drop off Service at a single location for all members of your group; optional extra service is split/multiple drop offs arranged by prior agreement.

 

Point A to Point B: no unplanned stops, pick-ups or detours enroute  unless agreed by both parties

 

We have a variety of drivers and vehicles in our fleet which are in high demand.

 

Whilst we do accept your requests for a particular vehicle or driver, please note we make every effort to fulfill your request, however we cannot make any guarantees due to evolving availability, rosters and bookings.

 

Bookings of 1 to 4 passengers are generally transported in:

- Luxury SUV EV electric vehicle (7 seater)

- Luxury sports sedan EV Electric vehicle (5 seater)

- Deluxe mini-van (7 or 8 seater)

 

Bookings of 4 - 10 passengers are generally transported in a spacious Mercedes mini-coach with high roof, air conditioning and seatbelts.

 

We can also accommodate for 1 or 2 wheelchair passengers in our wheelchair accessible mini-coach with electronic lift.

 

**If you require a wheelchair accessible vehicle or child seat restraints, please be sure to mention this in your booking so it can be reserved at our depot office and the driver will ensure it is ready for use before arriving to pick you up.

 

Seating configurations for Mercedes mini-coach:

Option A: 10 seated passengers plus ample luggage space for suitcases.

Option B: 10 seated passengers plus 1 wheelchair plus moderate luggage space

Option C: 8 seated passengers plus 2 wheelchairs plus minimal luggage space

 

All vehicles in our fleet are:

Should you require a large booking of 12+ passengers, 20+ passengers, 30+ passengers, or 50+ passengers,  please contact us for a customised quote. All large bookings are transported in a NSW accredited bus or coach, with an approved licensed bus/coach driver who holds a mandatory Bus Driver Authority Card issued by Transport for NSW, Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate, and NSW Bus Snow License (if applicable for snow transfers, excursions and day trips).
